6 Reasons to Reside in Pampanga

One of the biggest decisions one has to make in life is finding a home for family.

Whether you’re a young couple starting a family or a growing one finding a better place to settle for good, making that choice to pick the best place for the family is a significant decision to make.

For families renting in Metro Manila know much how tough it is to rent in the city. While buying your own place in the city, is a good option, you are to down two choices, at best, buying a condo unit near business districts to make a cost-effecient decision or pay high cost of diminishing lands in the capital region.

That’s why many opt to find places in nearby provinces like Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan and Pampanga.

In my recent trip to Pampanga, courtesy of Northpine Land, developer of residential property Montana Sands in San Fernando, it showed me some of the reasons why one should decide to settle in the province for good.

Good food

Pampanga is the culinary capital of the country. Do I need to say more how great it is to live there knowing at almost every corner in the province, there is a good place to dine in anytime.

From tasty Filipino dishes to exotic local cuisines, Pampanga is THE place for both the sumptuous and adventurous eater. So if food is a deciding factor for you, then you can consider Pampanga as a place to reside.

Proximity to Metro Manila

San Fernando, Pampanga is not that far away from Metro Manila. In just 1 hour via NLEX, you are already in Quezon City. Driving from Makati to Quezon City via EDSA during rush hour takes longer than from Pampanga. Hahaha.

Gateway to Central and Northern Luzon

If you decide to live in Pampanga, you are at the center of Luzon already. Making it an easy getaway to anywhere in Central Luzon or just a few hours away to the north where other adventure awaits. If you are a traveler and adventurer at heart, a weekend, especially the long ones, is an easier treat for you if you live at San Fernando, Pampanga.

Clark International Airport

With Clark International Airport being geared as the next or at least parallel main airport to NAIA, settling in Pampanga is a wise choice for an easy access to local and international trips.

Commerce and Investment

San Fernando, Pampanga is located in the midst of access to ports (sea and air) and expressway. With the development of Clark as an industrial and investment area, migrating to the province can be a practical and wise choice for businessmen and professionals, knowing that the development of the area is gearing forward.

Tourist Attractions

As previously mentioned, Pampanga is at the center of the Luzon region making it close to nearby provinces and to the north. But, the province itself is an attraction on its own with rich cultural, historical and natural attraction.
