To increase awareness, the World Wild Fund launched its Dolphin Mural painting at the Glorietta Dolphine Ground last February 18, 2012.
The event is to raise the awareness of Filipinos, both young and adult of the relevance of how they can save the dolphins. The activity is also expected to garner funds for the WWF-Philippines Adoption Program that is geared to boost conversation of local species and natural resources.
Mural artist and environmental hero AG Saño painted the 192 by 4 feet canvasses with bare dolphin drawings wherein parents and children, even teens, participated as they fill the drawings with their chosen design and color.
WWF National Ambaassadors Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez hosted the event and introduced groups and individuals who challenged the attendees to participate in this nature-saving measures.
The event is supported by Drypers Wee Wee DRY Diapers, Glorietta, Boysen Paints, BC Magazine, Spark Magazine,Tully’s Coffee and Big Chill.FOLLOW MY ADVENTURES ON:
