Have you ever tried lining up at NSO getting your certificates (either birth, marriage, but definitely not your OWN death certificate right? hehehehe) or trying to get your stint for a DFA appointment manually?
Personally, I did. And I know how hard and tiring it is – having to line up and wait the whole day just to get birth certificates. I cannot not wait for the documents since they were vital to what I was supposed to accomplish that time. We all know that TIME is gold. And for a businessman-consultant like me, each tick of the clock is important. Time is money. And spending so much time on a task that doesn’t earn me, is like wasting money.
Thus my first try on acquiring Teleserv‘s services. I had to secure four (4) important documents that time for my mom to use. And so, it took just roughly 3 days that time to get all the documents DELIVERED to our house. Convenient for a person like me who needs to focus my time on my tasks.
For me, it was the most practical thing to SAVE MONEY, EFFORT and more importantly TIME for me. For a fraction of your money, around Php 320 per document (which if you compute, is equivalent, if not less to the amount you can actually spend if you are to process your papers in a day), the convenience of getting your NSO Documents while you are working on your money-making or family-leisure activities.
It’s like spending 1 meal and transportation cost for your processing of your own NSO documents.
What’s that for a price of convenience, right?
Another instance that we were able to use Teleserv‘s services (without us knowing it) is when Cristelle of GirlandBoyThing and I processed our passports. We availed the online DFA Passport Appointment System through www.passport.com.ph.
And for computer-dependent people like us, having to process things online was VERY convenient. And so, we were able to get two slots to get our passports, printed the online confirmation (through e-mail) and waited for the date.
Best part is that through the DFA online appointment system, one can be sure not to miss the NEEDED documents to bring during the actual application / renewal of passports. That’s a PLUS factor of convenience for me, having the knowledge of the required documents. Again, a TIME-saver.
So came THE day. And all we did was lined-up and waited for our turn. Another good thing that we just recently informed of was that the DELIVERY facility at the DFA is coursed through Teleserv as well. And little did we know that it was part of their services.
Hence, even before we met the people behind Teleserv during a bloggers’ event, I was pretty much impressed of the services they offer to Filipinos.
So for detailed info on how you can avail of the services:
- Teleservpromises to deliver NSO documents in 2-3 days, with 90+% accuracy.
- Be sure to fill-up Teleserv’s forms with the CORRECT info. It is and will not be Teleserv’s fault if NSO gives you a document of no-record. (Happened to me twice, and I was charged for the processing fee of course)
