Well, that’s what Teddy’s Bigger Burgers is offering now, your favorite breakfast meals all day long.
I was able to try Teddy’s Burgers pancakes offering at their newly-opened EDSA Shangri-La branch and some of the branch’s exclusives.
How did it fare? Let’s start with their pancakes.
Teddy’s Bigger Burgers’ pancakes are available now. The pancake classic is P 179.
Now, if you’re up for some pancake adventure, then, it wouldn’t hurt to try their choice combos.
BLUEBERRY PANCAKES (PHP229)
Classic pancakes topped with blueberry, caramel syrup, powdered sugar and whipped cream. You can never go wrong with this one, since many people that I know who like pancakes either like this or the strawberry pancake.
STRAWBERRY PANCAKES (P 229)
Another fruit-inspired topping is the strawberry pancake. All the goodness of sweetened strawberries with whip cream and sugar melting in your mouth while chewing the soft pancakes can be an all-day breakfast treat to many.
MACNUT VANILLA CARAMEL PANCAKES(PHP199)
Pancake topped with vanilla caramel sauce, whiped cream and macadamia nuts. If you want to try something more than your usual pancake, then this one is highly recommended. With macadamia adding unique taste to your pancake, this can definitely be your instant favorite.
As for me, this is my second favorite in the pancake roster of Teddy’s Burger.
BANANA PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES (PHP219)
THIS. Really, this is the best on my pancake list at Teddy’s Burger. The combo of banana and peanut butter sweetened by caramel syrup topped with whipped cream just taste fabulous. One bite of this made my morning trip to Mandaluyong sure worth it amidst the traffic.
And though I was in a diet, tasting it, made me switch my cheat day a day earlier. Lol!
I observed that the pancakes at Teddy’s are quite thick. I just don’t know if this thickness is consistent at all times and branches. I hope it is.
2 Eggs Meals
CORNED BEEF HASH (P 349)
The tender corned beef in cubes (or chunks form, if that is what it is called)
LOCO MOCO
Loco Moco is mqd of 100% USDA Ground Chuck patty served on steamed rice topped with a fried egg and the special Loco Moco gravy. There are two variants under this selection. The Big Loco Moco(P 299) and the Western Loco Moco.
These rice burger meals is best for people who thinks that bread is just not enough, and wanting rice to fill their apettite together with their burger and eggs.
WESTERN LOCO MOCO (P 329)
Western Loco Moco, is a rice-burger meal topped with crispy bacon and onion rings. The Loco Moco gravy blends well with the grilled burger patties.
Hawaiian dish Loco Moco (P299 and P329), which features Teddy’s famous burger patty, served on steam rice and topped with fried egg and gravy.
Both Loco Moco dishes are good. But I personally prefer burger patties with bread than rice. So it is for you guys to try it out.
SHANGRI-LA EDSA EXCLUSIVE BURGERS
BANDITO BURGER
If you like it hot… Bandito Burger is for you. Packed with jalapeño, cheese sauce, and Teddy’s secret sauce, this “bandit” can surely steal surprises on your tongue.
ELVIS BURGER
Now I know how The King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, was able to do those whatchamacallit knee shake, it was probably due to this burger. Elvis burger is inspired by Presley’s fave burger with peanut butter, bacon and bananas.
Sounds and looks odd of the combo at first, but believe, you will love the taste of this Elvis Burger. And you might sing your heart out after the first bite. Among the burger exclusives at Teddy’s Burger Shang, this is my favorite.
SAMURAI BURGER
Samurai Burger is made of 100% USDA Ground Chuck patty topped with crispy sweet potato, wasabi mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce and nori strips inspired by Teddy’s Burger’s success in Japan.
This unique blend of sweet and spicy taste makes it more Japanese in taste more than Hawaiian. It’s cool in a way.
