Get Fitter with Medicard Meta Fit

Thinking of how to get back in shape? Or wanting more than your usual fitness regimen?

Well, if you happen to be near Quezon City or willing to go there, then come September 30, the Medicard Philippines, Inc., Eton Centris and Meta Fit coaches teamed up for the season 4 of Medicard Meta Fit Fitness Boot Camp.

 

This is a fitness bootcamp that encourages everyone to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle in the fastest way possible.

“With the success of our first three seasons, we feel that it has become our duty to continue the goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle.” said Dr. Nicky Montoya, President of Medicard Philippines, Inc.

Medicard Meta Fit Fitness Boot Camp involves comprehensive, high-intensity workouts geared towards getting fit and healthy in the shortest amount of time.

It will run for 12 sessions, enough for any individual, of whatever current lifestlyle he or she may be, to start a healthier lifestyle.

ABS-CBN’s Biggest Loser coach Jim Saret, with wife Toni, and two other coaches Hazel Chua and Raffy Tan will be heading the health program.

“Meta Fit provides physical training part while MediCard provides the health service.” physical trainer and fitness advocate Coach Jim Saret.

Eton Walkway will be the venue every Tuesday and Thursday from September 30 at Eton Centris, Quezon City.

The Medicard Meta Fit Fitness Boot Camp is available to all Medicard and non-medicard members for only Php 1,500 for the whole program.
