Delightful-E New Things from Electrolux

International innovative home technology company Electrolux’ local office transferred to their new home at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. And what better way to do it than by warming the new office with friends in the media and their brand ambassadors.

Electrolux ambassadors Chef Bruce Lim and mompreneur Janice Villanueva graced the occasion by showing off some of their kitchen tricks using common local ingredients and Electrolux appliance.

Janice Villanueva showed her quick bangus belly to the bloggers. According to Janice, it is her version of an open-faced relyenong bangus.

After Janice, Chef Bruce Lim demonstrated one of their family favorites, the Creme Adobo Penne Pasta. This dish, he says, is an old dish that he and his brother loved. It uses adobe leftovers. He noted that an adobo after a day or two, would be pretty much do the trick to make this more dish more flavorful.

I’ve tasted almost all kinds of adobo, but this one is totally different. Combining adobo with creamy sauce.

It was indeed of wonderful new things from Electrolux.
