Starting last weekend, November 26, the Lancaster New City has opened several of its common area to both in-house residents and visitors to a Christmas-feel attractions.
According to Ms. Tet Bugayong, Marketing Services Manager of Profriends, Lancaster New City offers a unique style of ushering in the coming of the yuletide season as it becomes a holiday destination for families and friends. She also added that the Christmas attractions at Lancaster New City are free for all residents and non-residents of the community.
Last, November 26, I was one of the many witnesses of the holiday attractions at Lancaster New City. With all the lights and sounds showcased, it just feels like really Christmas around the corner.
So if you’re near the area or if you happen to be looking for places to go this Christmas season, the Lancaster New City has its own attractions.
Santa’s Workshop Signature Lightshow Year 2
From 6:30pm to 10pm every weekend (December 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 24-26), Lancaster New City puts up a 5-minute lightshow accompanied by Christmas jingle remix that will surely make you dance, merry and feel more into the season.
Pyromusical Show
It was a good thing I was there during the opening last weekend, as the Lancaster New City featured a 5-minute pyromusical display that made many kids, and kids at heart, be amazed as the evening sky in the area lit up with different colors and shapes.
Watch via Open Air Cinema on December 3
On December 3, moviegoers can experience a different style of watching on the big screen, as Lancaster New City, in partnership with Cinema One will hold free movie screenings of the Achy Breaky Hearts and Everyday I Love You.
It is a unique way to spend outdoors with family, friends and loved ones as they watch Pinoy movies.
Christmas Bazaar and BAGA Manila
And if there’s one thing you wouldn’t want out of the list when going out, that’ll be food. Good thing that BAGA (Barbecue and Grillers Association) Manila takes a trip to Lancaster New City for people to try different types of food that residents and visitors can choose from while getting that outdoor-holiday feel.
Plus, get a cross out some of the gifts you’d want to buy for your family and friends at the Christmas Bazaar nearby which will run from November 26, 2016 to January 8, 2017.
Simbang Gabi at Church of the Holy Family
Anyone can attend the traditional Simbang Gabi at the Lancaster New City’s Church of the Holy Family which starts on December 15 at 7pm.

And that’s not all, Lancaster New City has many other surprises for everyone to enjoy as the community counts down til Christmas. Starting December 13, there will be Christmas Chorale Show, Magic Show, Bubble Show, Tron Dancers Show, Marching Band Parade and Meet & Greet Santa Claus to name a few.
Lancaster New City is a 1,600 hectare property in Cavite just 6.5 kilometers from Kawit Toll Exit. It is home to about 5,000 families.
