4 Things to Like About Camp N in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna

If outdoor adventure and nature fun is what you want, then, a new site in Nuvali Sta. Rosa Laguna can definitely land in choices – the Camp N.

Camp N in Nuvali is a 6-hectare parcel dedicated for people wanting to challenge themselves. Ideal for team building activities or for family and group bonding.

John Estacio

“We designed Camp N in such a way that outdoor play and self-discovery are integrated seamlessly so people can enjoy bonding while being surrounded by nature. Camp N’s philosophy— expressed through providing people outdoor amenities where one can commune, learn, grow, and interact socially— jive perfectly with the sustainable philosophy of Nuvali being an eco-community,” said John Estacio, Nuvali general manager.

To simply put it, here are the FOUR things I like about Camp N:

1. They got loads of exciting attractions to try out.

Many of the attractions will test your physical and mental toughness. The activities are perfect for people who likes the thrill of conquering challenges.

  • Adventure Tower (Rollercoaster Zipline, Free Fall, Climbing Wall, Rappel Wall)
  • Obstacle Courses (basic, intermediate, advanced)
  • Aerial Walk
  • Low Ropes and High Ropes
  • Kids activities: Strider play areas, camping groups
  • Nature activities: Running and biking trails
  • Greens & Patches (a demo organic farm)

Camp N’s thrills-based and skills-based facilities include the Adventure Tower, which has the biggest rollercoaster zipline in Asia, as well as free fall, wall climbing, and rappelling facilities.

The Obstacle Course has three challenge levels from basic to advanced, encompassing a broad spectrum of skill levels.

The Aerial Walk is a series of rope-based challenges set high in the air. The High and Low Rope Initiatives is a series of balancing platforms and tightropes set just a little above ground and requires the participation of small groups.

2. Their safety gears really look safe. (Is that redundant or what?)

Trying some of the activities personally made me take a peak of Camp N’s safety gears and measure. And by the looks of it, their gears seem can take a beating – a lot of it. Haha. That’s why I was more confident to try and even had my son try it out.

3. Camp N promotes love for environment.

Though Nuvali is the habitat of more than 12,000 residential units, the main thrust of the organization is not just to build structures and let people settle there. More importantly, they want to balance the community by protecting and nurturing the natural resources around.

Camp N is also a place for kids and their families to connect to environment. With Camp N situated close to bird sanctuary and wildlife, this brings people closer to nature. Ideal for those parents who would like to take their kids learn more about outdoor fun, environment and activities apart from gadgets.

Greens & Patches is a thriving demo organic farm and nursery spanning three hectares inside Camp N. Greens & Patches features a variety of endemic and indigenous tree and plant species. Within the coming months, we will expand activities here to include fruit and vegetable picking. We’re also proud that every single vegetable and root crop in the folk song “Bahay Kubo” can be found, enjoyed, and learned from in Greens & Patches.

This farm and nursery will also be developed into an area for art workshops, group-led meditation sessions and other serene activities.

4. Close to many other attractions

With Camp N being in Nuvali, there is more to just a recreational site. As it is close to other commercial and tourist destinations around. Nuvali itself has many things in store – whether food, water activities, Ayala Malls Solenad mall and even a 150-room Seda hotel.

While, a few more minutes from there, a quick ride to Tagaytay is a breeze.

So, Camp N is a nice location for a whole day or even a two-day destination for anyone.

To get to Nuvali, one can take any of the five South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) exits at Mamplasan, Sta. Rosa, Eton-Greenfield, Silangan, and Canlubang. Nuvali is also easily accessible via public vehicles from major centers like Makati, Bonifacio Global City, and Balibago.
